Before registering, please ensure you have read and understood the competition rules and regulations!

Competition Categories:

Age Specification:

For categorizing competitors by birth age, the classification will be based on the year of birth.

Example:

  • If a competition has a category for 18-year-olds and the competitor turns 18 in December (after the competition), they are still considered 18 for categorization purposes because they were born in the year that makes them eligible for that age group.

Age Categories for the April 2025 Competition:

  • Mini: Athletes born 2016-2020.

  • Children: Athletes born 2012-2015.

  • Junior: Athletes born 2007-2011.

  • Adult Female & Male: Athletes born 1999-2006.

  • Adult + Female & Male: Athletes born 1989-1998.

  • Senior Female & Male: Athletes born 1988 or earlier.

  • Doubles I (17 years or younger): Both partners must be born 2008 or later.

  • Doubles II (18 years or older): At least one partner must be born 2007 or earlier.

    *In the Doubles II category, at least one partner must be born in 2007 or earlier. If one partner is over 18 and the other is younger, the pair must compete in the Doubles II category. However, it is important that  the younger partner is no younger than 16 years old.

  • Mini

Music Duration Guidelines:

Please adhere to the following music duration limits for each category:

Pole Dance Categories:

  • Mini: 2:00 - 2:30 minutes

  • Children: 2:00 - 2:30 minutes

  • Junior:  Amateur and Professional /Male and Female: 2:30 - 3:30 minutes

  • Adult:  Amateur and Professional/Male and Female: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Adult+:  Amateur and Professional/Male and Female: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Senior :  Amateur and Professional/Male and Female: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Doubles I: 2:00 - 3:00 minutes

  • Doubles II:  3:00 - 4:00 minutes

Aerial Disciplines Categories:

Aerial Hoop and Silk

  • Mini: 2:00 - 3:00 minutes

  • Children : 2:00 - 3:30 minutes

  • Junior:  Amateur and Professional: 2:30 - 3:30 minutes

  • Adult :  Amateur and Professional: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Adult+:  Amateur and Professional: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Senior:  Amateur and Professional: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

  • Aerial Hoop Doubles I : 2:00 - 3:00 minutes

  • Aerial Hoop Doubles II: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes

How to apply:

The application email can be sent either in Slovenian or English. Please use the language you are most comfortable with.

Before Applying: Please ensure you have thoroughly read the Pole and Aerial Rules and Regulations documents.

To apply for the Pole & Aerial Championship Slovenia 2025, please send an email to sloveniapac@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Competition Category (for example: Aerial Hoop, Adult+, Professionals / or for example: Pole Dance, Senior, Amateur/ or for example: Pole Dance, Mini)

If an athlete applies for multiple disciplines, all relevant information must be included in a single submission.

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Legal gender (Male or Female)

  • Country of Residence

  • Club/Dance School

  • Lighting Preferences (e.g., Pink/White) - If no lighting preferences are provided, the technician will select a colour scheme at random.

  • Music (MP3) The music that athletes are performing to should be sent in MP3 format, labelled by the name of the competitor, the author of the song and the song title. Music must be sent within application email or later on, but  no later than 20 days before the competition.

  • * If registering for Aerial Hoop category, specify both the hoop size you wish to use and the desired height (see Rules and Regulations Documents)

  • *If registering for Aerial Silk category, specify the colour of the Silk you will perform on (red or black)

If an athlete applies for multiple disciplines, each music track submitted must be clearly labelled with either "POLE," "SILK," or "HOOP," alongside all other required details if the athlete is providing more than one music track.

 

Additional Information for Multiple Athletes Registration:

 

If you are registering multiple competitors, ensure that an email provides all athletes information: their full name, date of birth, legal gender (Male or Female), country of residence, club or dance school, competition category, lighting preferences. The music that athletes are performing to should be sent in MP3 format, with each file labelled by the name of the competitor, the author of the song and the song title (if applying for Aerial Hoop category also specify both the hoop size you wish to use and the desired height).

After sending your application, you will receive an invoice for the amount, which must be paid immediately. 

Application fee:

Solo performance: 40€

Double performance: 60€
